Our Founders

Anita Semple, DNP, MSN, RN, FNP-BC
Anita Semple is a Doctorate prepared and board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with 30+ years in senior care and healthcare. She has leadership experience in hospitals, home health and  long term care. She has also owned and operated 72-bed Assisted Living and Memory Care facility.  Her family has operated residential care facilities in California since the 1970's. Anita continues practicing in long-term care settings and brings a unique blend of clinical and operational insight to every course.


Curt Semple, MBA
With a foundation in banking and sales, he brings strong financial acumen and operational leadership experience. He has overseen facilities management and financial operations for a 72-bed residential care facility, managing budgets, revenue performance, expense controls, vendor relationships, and operational efficiency. His experience bridges finance and hands-on facility oversight, supporting organizational stability and responsible growth.
